Terms & Conditions In Brief:

Delivery policy

Normal delivery is 2-3 days unless next day is required, but orders to be placed prior to 12 noon for next day.

Refund/replacement and cancellation policy.

Unfortunatley refunds cannot be given, due to the nature of the goods sold, except in the circumstances detailed below, whereby we are out of stock of a specific product and cannot offer one of same quality and value.

In the highly unlikely event that your goods do not arrive in perfect condition. Your goods will be replaced immediatley on receipt of the faulty goods.

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of our products, please contact us for advice and to arrange for an alternative product range or credit to your account.

Once your order has been submitted it cannot be cancelled.

Expiry date of gift vouchers – gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. This information is detailed on the voucher itself.

ERRORS IN ORDERING:You can amend any errors to your order at any point until you submit your order for payment on the final page of the ordering process. Once you have completed the ordering process by clicking on the submit button, you will not be able to correct any errors that you have made during your order.

DELIVERY: Delivery will be charged per order for all UK addresses at the rate stated with your choice of delivery method. Delivery charges vary for overseas orders and will be confirmed when you choose the postage and packing option on the final page of your order process. Products are subject to stock availability we shall use our resources to supply the Products ordered. In the event that Harmony is unable to provide and supply any ordered Product, Harmony will notify you of this within 48 hours, we offer you an equivillant Product of the same brand, quality and price to the one that you ordered. Eg you my order a 250ml cleansing milk, if we were unable to provide this we would offer 2 x 125ml cleansing milks of the same brand. This is however extremely unlikely to occur. In the event that such a circumstance were to arise you could alternatively request us to provide a refund of cost of the said item/Product.In the event that a Product is out of stock we will inform you of this fact within 48 hours. We will then provide you with the following options, to have the rest of your order dispatched and the out of stock item to follow on, to wait until the item comes back in to stock and have your order dipatched then, to choose an alternative product of same value or alternatively be given a refund for the out of stock item. If the item you choose is of greater value then you would be required to pay the difference prior to dispatch of the said item and in the circumstance that the item is of less value, the difference will be refunded to you by the original method of payment. If you do not respond within 7 days to advise us of your choice we will then forward your order as complete as the out of stock item is likely to be back in stock by then, if not we would send the Products that we have in stock and the ordered item would follow on, when such an item becomes available. If the item is unavailable as is has been discontinued by the manufacturer Harmony would then provide a refund of the cost of that item.

Harmony will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss (all three of which terms include, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and like loss, costs and damages, charges or expenses) caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of any Products ordered by you, even if caused by Harmony’s negligence.In respect of delivery outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied once your order reaches the destination country. If any additional charges for customs clearance are payable these will be paid by you and/or the recipient. Customs policies vary from country to country, so we advise that you should contact your local Customs authority for more details.

In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to your failure to pay any customs or other charges or for failed delivery by the courier, who will attempt delivery more than once and should leave a card/note in this respect. In this event and that the package is returned to us complete we shall then attempt to contact you to advise of this. Harmony would then dispatch the item again, once the delivery charge has been paid again. This is applicable unless as a discretionary gesture of good will, we decide to dispatch at no extra charge to you our client.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF YOUR ORDER:Upon receipt of your order, Harmony will send a confirmation email confirming that the items are in stock and when they will be dispatched, in the unlikely event any item is out of stock you will also be notified of this. The email will confirm if your order will be dispatched the same day or the next day. Once you have submitted your order this is confirmation and will act as a contract between us that is stated as legally binding.
